Position Summary Information

Nature of Work

The Student will work in the greenhouse and be responsible for feeding the fish, monitoring the growth of plants, as well as the general upkeep of the facility. The student will also work with Armstrong professors on research projects related to Aquaponics. The student will also support the College of Science and Technology office when time permits.

Essential Duties

Feeding fish, planting seeds, harvesting fish and plants, maintaining the aquaponics system, picking and selling produce as well as conducting research

Minimum Qualifications and Training

Majoring in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math field or economics.
