Position Summary Information

Nature of Work

Helping Band Director with percussion instruments and technical aspects.

Essential Duties

The percussion technician will be responsible for maintaing and properly storing all percussion equipment. The technician will assist in maintaining the percussion studio rehearsal areas. The technician must be available for set up and tear down for all rehearsals and concerts for Wind Ensemble, Savannah Winds, Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble.

Minimum Qualifications and Training

Applicant must be a Music Major and a Percussion Major in good standing. Must be enrolled at Armstrong State University at the time of employment and each semester after.
