Nature of Work

Student Assistants attend to the needs of the SRC facility and guests.

Essential Duties

Tasks often include providing customer service to office visitors, staff, and faculty; running errands on campus, facilities monitoring and performing clerical tasks. Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor/department.

Minimum Qualifications and Training

Must have flexible availability. Early mornings and/or late nights.

Must be enrolled at Armstrong State University at time of employment and each semester after.

Preferred Qualifications and Training

Effective communication (verbal and written), organization, and human relations skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Applications software, including spreadsheets, database and word processing.

Ability to work with diverse populations.
