Position Summary Information

Nature of Work

Dependable and responsible student to work a consistent schedule including evenings and weekends throughout the semester to monitor the security of the Art department’s Computer Lab in Solms Hall. The lab includes specialized printing that must be monitored. Nights and weekends preferable.

Essential Duties

Open Lab hours are posted for students who need to use this highly specialized lab for their classes. It is vital that the student worker show up on time and be on duty during their scheduled hours to monitor the security of the computers and printing.

Minimum Qualifications and Training

Must be eligible for College Work Study Job. Student must be able to work independently and reliably mostly nights and weekends. Basic Mac computer skills (including printing), organization skills and communication skills needed. Training for job-specific tasks is given by the supervisor. Basic office skills a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Training

Basic Mac Computer and printing skills.
